Ingredients: 

 

Perch 1, salt 1.5 grams, salad oil 15 ml, cooking wine 5 ml, ginger 1, onion 2, red pepper

 

Directions:

1 Clean perch

2 Cut both sides of perch

3 Spread 5ML cooking wine over perch, rub.

4 Spread 1.5g salt over perch, rub.

5 Stuff green onions and shredded ginger inside fish.

6 Load Perch on dish, spread 15ML salad oil.

7 Boil a pot of water, place rack, put dish on it, cover, and steam over high heat for 3-5 minutes.
