Kung Pao Chicken

Ingredients: 

chicken, a small handful of peanuts

Marinade:

1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1 teaspoon starch, 1 egg white 

Sauce:

1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1 green onion, 1 ginger, a small handful of chilies, 1 tablespoon pepper

 

Directions:

Kung Pao Chicken

1 Cut the chicken into 1.5 CM cubes, marinate with marinade for 30 minutes.

2, Mix 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon cooking wine and 1 tablespoon broth in a small bowl. Prepare chopped green onion, ginger slices, 1 tablespoon pepper, 3 chilies (add or minus chilies based on your flavour).

3, Pour in a little oil in wok, add chicken, fry until chicken is cooked, remove from the wok.

4, Pour in oil in wok, add peanuts, fry  over small heat until peanuts is cooked, remove from the wok.

5, Leave a little oil, add onion, ginger, chilies and pepper, fry over small heat.

6, Add chicken and peanuts, stir a couple of times quickly.

7, add sauce and cornstarch/water mixture, stir quickly and done.
