Ingredients: 

250g Chicken breast, 50g peanuts, 2 garlic, 3 slices ginger, 1 green onions, 3 dry red chilies, 10 pepper, oil

 

Sauce:

1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 tablespoon soy sugar, 1 tablespoon sauce, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 2 tablespoons broth, 1 teaspoon of starch, salt

Directions:

1, Add oil into wok, add peanuts into oil when oil is cold. Heat up with middle heat, constantly flip peanuts with a colander to heat peanuts evenly.
