Directions:

1, Slice pork belly into 3-inch cubes, slice green onion and ginger.

2, Immerse pork belly cubes in code water, heat pot with high heat until boil, boil pork belly cubes 2 minutes, rinse pork belly cubes with warm water, discard water.
