400g chestnuts, 500g pork belly, 5 ginger, 4 star anise, 1 cinnamon, 50ml oil, 2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 25g brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of chicken essence, green onion

1, Peel and rinse chestnuts.

2, Slice pork belly into cubes.

3, Slice ginger, rinse star anise and cinnamon.

4, Heat oil in a pot over middle or low flame, add ginger, star anise and cinnamon, fry until aromatic.

5, Turn up to high flame, add pork belly cubes, stir fry.

6, Add 1 teaspoon soy sauce, stir fry.
