Directions:

1, Rinse lotus seeds, soak in warm water for 30 minutes.

2, Add lotus seeds in wok with boiling water, cook 10 minutes. The water should cover half of wok.

3, Soak lily bulb in warm water for 10 minutes.

4, Remove yellow root of white fungus with scissors, soak in warm water for 10 minutes, tear into small pieces.
