Directions:

1, Rinse crab, remove gut and tail, chop it into 6 pieces.

2, Marinate ginger and garlic in  sesame oil or spicy oil for 1 hour. Wrap crab with starch.

3, Heat up your wok and add cooking oil, add peeled garlic, stir fry until yellow, remove garlic.
